Gemma is the founder of Mae, an AI-powered motherhood companion born in Melbourne and raised in the Tropics.
Having a baby during the isolation of the pandemic and later moving interstate showed her how messy and fragmented postpartum support can be. After endless 3am searches and clashing “expert” advice, one thought became impossible to ignore: mums deserve a simpler, smarter way to get trusted answers.
As a mother and product strategist, she’s now on a mission to simplify postpartum care — because mums deserve better than a search bar.
